What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email after sign up?

• If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you can easily have it re-sent in just 3 steps!
• Simply go back to the whappz.com main home page and click the yellow “sign up” button again and then click the button on the bottom that says “re-send confirmation” then simply enter your email address, check the “I’m not a robot box” and click the yellow “resend confirmation” button and your confirmation email will be re-sent.
• It is NOT necessary to re-enter all your information when you signed up, simply just follow the 3 short steps above to have your confirmation email re-sent.
• For iOS / Apple users-  OPEN the whappz app and at the top above the whappz logo, click the “sign up” button and at the bottom of the page you need to click the “resend confirmation” button and a confirmation email will be sent to you!
• Remember you need to check the box that says “I’m not a robot” in order to proceed!
• Please remember, your confirmation email may not be sent right away depending on your email provider. Also please remember to check your JUNK/SPAM email folder!
