- Go to the whappz website main page, under the sign in/email information click the “forgot/reset password” link with the ? mark next to the word forgot
- A pop-up page will open that says “reset password” and you will need to enter your email in the box that says email.
- Next to the email box you need to check the “I’m not a robot” box and verify you are a real human being in order to proceed. The box should have a check mark in it.
- Once the “I’m not a robot” box has a check mark in it, just click the yellow “reset password” button and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
- You will then be able to reset or change your password for the website.
- For iOS/Apple users- open the whappz app on your iPhone, accept the terms of use and click the yellow button, then underneath the login information, click the “forgot password” button
- Enter your email address and click the “forgot password” button
- You will receive a notification pop-up that will tell you that you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password, simply follow the instructions in the email.
- For Android users- while you are in the app, at the very top left you must click the drop-down menu and select “help” at the bottom. Select the box that says “contact us” - you can then enter your request or question and hit the send arrow to the right!
- Please remember, your confirmation email may not be sent right away depending on your email provider. Also remember to check your JUNK/SPAM email folder!
- The link inside the email you receive is only good for 48 hours and will expire!
- While in the iOS app version of Whappz, if you need additional help- go to “settings” click HELP at the top, then click “contact us” and enter your email address in the pop-up window and click “open ticket” and you can enter additional details on the next screen.
